Artwork for Harbor Window

The decision at the heart of it

Keep a ticket for a useful delivery window, then weigh an immediate order against a better-timed bonus.

The harbor bell keeps moving. Your best delivery window does not have to disappear with it.

Collect cargo from three market stalls, or barter one card for a pair that better fits your plans. Each stall advances the shared bell differently. Keep a ticket for the window you create, then complete a public order. A match with the bell or your ticket adds a timing bonus; off-window deliveries are still allowed.

A six-card hand makes every pickup a choice: keep cargo for a valuable order, trade toward something closer, or deliver before another merchant takes it. Everyone can see the orders and bell, so your route through the market changes the opportunities around the table.

Reach the scoring target with equal turns to respond, or make the most of the twelve-round limit.

How a game unfolds

  1. Take cargo from a stall, or barter one card for its two face-up cards.
  2. Watch the stall move the bell and set your next delivery ticket.
  3. Complete a public order; matching the bell or your ticket earns a bonus.
