Help us find the problem
Include the game name, app version, device model, operating-system version, game mode and the steps that led to the issue. If a screenshot helps, crop private information before sending it. Never send a password, seat token, payment details or complete saved-game file.
Learning and resuming
Use Learn to play for the game’s guidance. Return to the home screen to continue a saved offline game on the same device. Starting a new game may replace the current save. There is no account-based cloud save; changing devices, reinstalling and backup settings can affect local progress.
If reading a save fails temporarily, use the offered retry and keep it while investigating unless you intend to discard it. The damaged-save recovery screen offers Remove save, which starts fresh and does not restore the previous match.
Private rooms and reconnecting
Everyone needs the same game and an internet connection. Share the room code with the people you want to invite; bot seats can be selected before the match starts. A temporary disconnect waits for you to return. Open the saved private room on the same device to reconnect.
Leaving explicitly closes an active match. Lobbies expire after two hours without a saved change; other rooms expire after twenty-four hours without a saved change. An expired or closed room does not create a forfeit score. Recovery of an expired room is not promised.
Advertising and data questions
An unavailable ad should not prevent offline play. Open Age & advertising from the home screen to change your optional age choice, refresh advertising choices and access Privacy choices where available. Privacy notice and Support remain available on the home screen. Read the privacy notice for this game for local storage, service information and advertising data handling.
