The decision at the heart of it
A ribbon is valuable only if you arrive untangled. Read rivals’ available maneuvers and plan around your own two-round cooldowns.
The best place in the sky depends on who else is heading there.
Across eight rounds, choose a maneuver for your kite on a five-lane, three-band sky. The wind changes your destination, and a used maneuver needs time to return. An Anchor is always available when holding position is the better plan.
Land on a ribbon for points, or settle just downwind of another untangled kite to gain a wake bonus. Arrive at the same cell as another kite and both become tangled, scoring nothing that round. Crossing paths is harmless; the destination is what counts.
Current and next winds are visible before you choose. Read the forecast, watch which maneuvers remain available, and weigh a crowded scoring spot against a quieter route into position.
How a game unfolds
- Combine an available maneuver with the current wind, or Anchor in place.
- Lock your destination and reveal movement together.
- Score ribbons and downwind wakes, avoiding shared landing cells across eight rounds.
