The decision at the heart of it
A new pane can light one receiver and darken another. Decide whether to repair the window, refresh your hand or spend clarity on a useful clue.
A single white beam enters the window. Your team has twenty board turns to make three receivers shine in the right colors.
Fit glass panes into a three-by-three frame, choose their orientation, and route light through their patterns and finishes. Some panes split the path; colored panes change what reaches the far edge. Adjust an existing pane when a small turn or move can repair the whole arrangement.
Your hand is private. Before your board move, spend shared clarity to reveal a pane’s pattern or finish; this clue does not spend sunset. Fit, adjust or polish a pane to take your board turn. Polishing discards a card, draws another if available and restores clarity, but still brings sunset closer.
All three receivers must be lit correctly at once. A new pane can solve one path and darken another, so check the complete window before committing.
How a game unfolds
- Inspect the beam, receiver colors and the panes in your private hand.
- Fit, adjust or polish a pane; a paid clue can reveal an attribute without spending a board turn.
- Light all three receivers at once before sunset runs out, including on the final turn.
