Card Atelier is the developer brand for this collection. Questions about information handled for Rimecut can be sent to privacy@offerhala.com. We use the shared OfferHala support and privacy email addresses for Card Atelier correspondence.
Offline play and local saves
You can play offline without creating an account. The app stores your current game or run and a preceding recovery copy on your device so you can resume. This includes the cards, choices, game progress and result needed to continue correctly. Separate local records store guidance completion, completed-match counts and recent opaque match identifiers used for completion handling and ad pacing. They also store your optional age-band choice and cosmetic appearance choices or earned unlocks.
The app does not upload an offline match merely because you play it. Device backup settings and operating-system storage controls can affect copies outside the app. Local game files are not claimed to have separate app-managed encryption.
Optional private rooms
If you create or join a room, the service receives your chosen display name, game and room details, actions and credentials needed to recognize your seat. It stores the full match state, including private cards and committed choices, to validate play, run bot seats and recover an interrupted connection. Other participants receive only the game information their seat is entitled to see. The service itself holds the full state; this is not end-to-end encrypted play.
Display names and public game actions are visible to people in the room. An invitation code lets others join; avoid sensitive display names and share codes only as widely as you intend. This is a guest-room service, without account signup, public matchmaking or free-form chat.
The device stores your room code and seat credential using platform secure storage. The service stores a hash of that credential, together with room identifiers and duplicate-request receipts. Remote room connections use HTTPS and secure WebSockets. Connection information, including the network address observed by the service, is processed to operate and protect the service and limit abuse.
Room expiry and deletion
A lobby becomes unavailable after two hours without a saved room change. Other room states become unavailable after twenty-four hours without a saved change. Reading a room alone does not restart that period. Expired database records are removed during service startup and later room creation, so removal can occur after access has expired.
Explicitly leaving an active match closes it and clears its game state. Limited room records and request receipts can remain until cleanup so a repeated leave request is handled correctly. Expiry and leaving do not manufacture a game winner. Database recovery files, backups and hosting systems may retain copies separately; we do not promise physical erasure of every copy at the expiry time.
Google advertising and privacy choices
The games are supported by Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising services may collect and share device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Depending on the platform, configuration and your choices, these services use information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.
Version 1 requests non-personalized ads. This limits ad personalization; it does not make advertising anonymous or stop all collection, measurement or fraud-prevention processing. The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to refresh privacy-choice information and check whether ads may be requested. Open Age & advertising on the home screen to revisit your age choice, refresh advertising choices and, where available, open Privacy choices. Your operating system also provides advertising privacy controls. An unavailable ad does not prevent offline gameplay.
The optional age choices are Under 18, 18 or older and Prefer not to say. No exact birth date is requested. The choice stays on your device; the game backend does not receive an age profile. Google does receive the corresponding age-treatment and privacy signals. An unanswered choice, Under 18 or Prefer not to say receives the app’s more restrictive child-directed and under-age-of-consent advertising treatment with a general-audience content limit. This is a conservative advertising setting, not identity verification or a legal age determination.
On iOS, an adult may be offered the system tracking-permission choice. Refusing it does not prevent play, cosmetic unlocks or otherwise eligible contextual ads; the advertising identifier for that permission is not sent when permission is denied. The app disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier through the supported platform controls before it loads ads. These controls do not remove every identifier or every kind of data described above.
Ads appear in designated home or results areas and at eligible completed-match transitions, with frequency protections. They do not interrupt an active turn or a private-room waiting screen. Optional rewarded ads offer a disclosed cosmetic, the Brass icon frame, for the home-screen game icon. The same frame can be unlocked after three completed games through Home appearance. It changes appearance only and gives no gameplay advantage. Earned unlocks and appearance selections are stored on your device.
Google explains its handling in its Privacy Policy and information about partner sites and apps. SDK disclosure details are available for Android and iOS.
Service providers and this website
The room hosting service processes connection information and stored room records to run and protect online play. Google provides advertising and privacy-choice services. Support correspondence is processed and stored using Spaceship Spacemail. These providers handle information for their respective services, and provider infrastructure and logs may have separate retention.
This website does not load advertising, analytics scripts, remote fonts or embedded social widgets, and it does not set application cookies. Its hosting infrastructure still receives ordinary connection information when serving a page. Choosing an external link takes you to that provider’s site and privacy practices. Choosing an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you include. We use these to investigate and answer your request and retain correspondence as needed for that request and related follow-up. Include the game name and app version when useful. Do not send passwords, room access tokens, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
Contact privacy@offerhala.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held for the game. We may need limited information to locate and verify a request. A local-only save must be managed on your device; the support service cannot remotely erase a file it does not hold. Device app-data controls, secure storage and backups have their own behavior, so uninstalling is not a promise that every credential or backup disappears.
Information held independently by Google, a hosting provider or your device platform is subject to that provider’s controls. A request can be discussed by email without sending a seat credential or a complete saved-game file.
Audience and updates
These games are designed for teens and adults rather than directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact privacy@offerhala.com.
